About JFAN

Our History

In November 2006, a group of graduates from several different Jesuit institutions organized a luncheon with a local speaker, thus founding the Cleveland Loyola Club.  Since then, Jesuit Friends and Alumni Network (JFAN) groups have formed in cities around the country, providing networking and fellowship opportunities for alumni of Jesuit high schools and universities, those associated with Jesuit ministries, and others who want to learn more about Ignatian spirituality.

Our Mission

The Jesuit Friends and Alumni Network USA (JFAN-USA) serves as a national resource for Jesuit-educated alumni, parishioners and friends who share a commitment to the Jesuit mission.

JFAN supports local chapters in their efforts to offer events for those who have been educated by the Jesuits, are associated with a Jesuit ministry or institution, a friend of the Jesuits, and others who want to learn more about Ignatian spirituality.
